Chennai District Masters Athletic Association (CDMAA) is committed to providing a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for all registrations, memberships, event fees, and other services offered through our website.

By making a payment through our website, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are submitted immediately after completing the registration or placing the order through our website.

Once the registration has been processed, confirmed, or communicated to the concerned event organizers or service providers, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Event Registrations

Registration fees paid for athletic events, competitions, memberships, or other activities may not be refundable once the registration process has been completed, unless otherwise specified for a particular event.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliverables

If you receive any physical materials, merchandise, certificates, or other items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our customer support within 15 days of receiving the item.

After verification of the issue, CDMAA will determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable.

4. Service-Related Refunds

If CDMAA is unable to provide the service for which payment has been successfully received, eligible users may request a refund.

Each refund request will be reviewed individually, and approval will be based on the circumstances of the transaction.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly for warranty claims and support.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved by CDMAA, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 6 to 8 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

• Completed registrations where services have already been rendered.
• Late cancellation requests submitted after confirmation.
• Incorrect information provided by the participant during registration.
• Failure to attend an event after successful registration.
